Box Brief
Today, on the CrossFit side, we will completing 2 partner WODS from The Freedom Games, a competition in which 30 of our athletes will be competing next weekend in Greenwood, SC. Due to social distancing, if any member would like complete these WODS as an individual, we will have modifications posted to accommodate your needs.

-Both wods are posted on our FB Members Only Page. Any member that is not currently a member on our page, please text Martin and he will add you.
