UPDATE:

CrossFit 843 Phase 1 Guidelines effective April 18 until further notice. 

Class Signup 

There is a mandatory class sign up on MINDBODY app. with a maximum of 15 people per class. If an athlete no shows or does not cancel 8 hours prior to class, athlete’s account will be billed $10. Athlete may only take one class per day. Athlete may sign up for as many days they like in advance on the app.  

Sanitization

Member will be required to sanitize hands before & after workout upon entering and exiting facility.

We have added increased Lysol wipes and spray bottles throughout entire gym.  

Each member will be given their own spray bottle and towel.

Childcare 

There will childcare until further notice. Childcare room will be closed. No children will be allowed in gym except if they are taking a class.

*Exception.. (Not recommended or encouraged) but member may bring child onto gym floor only if they stay in member’s designated 10X10 square with member.* Member assumes all risks is completely liable for their child’s safety. 

Equipment

-No shared equipment. 

-No community chalk.

-No rings or ropes. 

Member Workout Area  (IMPORTANT)

Each member will be allotted a designated workout area with equipment already positioned in their space. These “cells” are all 10x10 (100 square) with a 2-3 foot buffer between cells for spacing. We have 30 cells inside the gym taped off, 15 on CrossFit & 15 our ICT side, all equally spaced. Members may however choose to workout are outside, on the concrete in which cells have been pre - cut in the cement. Each cell will have its own sanitizer bottle and towel for member to wipe up and spray down pre & post workout. These will be provided by us. Towels will be changed out every class by the coach and bottles will be refilled daily. Member is highly encouraged to provide their own towel for face and sweat.  We may bring a duffle bag into the gym but it must be placed on your cell.  

Classes and Class Times 

We will continue to run a full schedule of our 14 classes (and may add more). For safety and member flow, classes will be 45 minutes. There will be no overlapping class times.

Bathrooms/Showers 

Bathroom will be open. 

Showers will be closed until further notice. 

Ventilation

We will keep all 8 of our bays doors open at all time (weather permitting)

We will be running both our 24-foot Big Ass Fans for air circulation. We will also be running both ceiling exhaust fans daily. 

We will not be using and floor fans. 

Programming 

CrossFit 

We will only be completing one workout in class. There will be no strength or skill pre or post WOD (until further notice). However, we will still continue to have a General Warmup,Specific Warmup, Midline & Cooldown.

ICT 

We will continue our same program with more of an emphasis on AMRAPs and interval workouts. There will still be a General Warmup, Specific Warmup, Midline & Cooldown.

Community Equipment:

All equipment (bikes, rowers, ski ergs, etc) and boxes ) have been placed in center of gym. Those that use this equipment must bring piece of equipment into their cell and replace back to community area when complete.  

Pricing

All members that have kept their membership uninterrupted to last 60 days will keep their same rate until further notice. All others members will pay the new rate.  All cash paying members are required to have a credit card on file and will be billed if their month is not paid on their monthly membership due date.

Other Gym Protocol 

- Water fountains are available but not recommended to use. Please bring water or buy a bottle.   

- There will be no laying on floor after workout.

- There will be no community weight.
