Barbell & Interval
“Hyrox Thursday”
Option 1: Individual
Option 2: Team of 2
AMRAP 40
400 or 800 m run, then complete one movement below. Run again then complete another movement, etc. Complete as many movements within the 40 minute window as possible. Pick whichever movements you like.

Burpee Broad Jump -80 m

Farmers Carry- 200 m
