20 Double KB/DB Russian Swings (35/20’s)
20 Double KB/DB Front Rack Step Outs.

Athlete 1 runs 300 m while Athlete 2 completes AMRAP of couplet. Athlete 1 then picks up where Athlete 2 left off. Score = total team rounds & reps of the couplet.
