July Session is in session. Ages 5-10 M-W-F. 9:30-10:30 AM. Please see Amber for details.

Barbell & Interval
Active Recovery Day
On the every 3:00 x 10 rounds
300 m run into max chipper reps
Chipper:
80 Air Squats
60 Box Jumps or Jumping Lunges
40 Push-ups

- Longer workout for our active recovery day.

- Flow: Every 3 minutes, complete a 300 m run 9”or machine of choice then chip away at the chipper movements in the remaining time of each 3 minute window. You'll always pick up where you left off in the chipper. If you complete a full round, you'll start back a the beginning with 80 air-squats.

- Score: Total rounds + reps of the chipper completed.
