Happy New Year from the last class of the year!

Today’s Schedule
We will be open today from 8-10 AM. Phone your team & start your year off right by getting to class & working out. Gym will close at 10 AM so please plan accordingly.

January Challenge
Everyday, run 1 mile or complete 100 calorie machine before or after class, not including the workout. These small 1% gains will have impactful long term results if done daily & consistently.

Barbell & Interval
Option 1
Team of 3 Half Marathon Run or Row.

Team may partition the 21,097 m however they choose. Most efficient option is relay 300 m, 23 times per person. Non-rowing athletes complete max burpees. Each burpee = 1 second deduct off total time rowed.

Option 2
Chris Harris Team of 3, 2000 Calorie Challenge

Each team will have a ski erg & bike. Complete 2000 total calories between the machines partitioning this however you like.

These workouts take 60-90 minutes so please have your team ready to go!
