January Challenge
Run or machine 1 mile before or after class, not including the workout, everyday. These small 1% gains will have have impactful long terms results if done daily & consistently.
Barbell & Interval
Team of 3 Half Marathon Run or Row.
Team may partition the 21,097 m however they choose. Most efficient option is relay 300 m, 23 times per person.
This workout takes 60-90 minutes so please have your team ready to go!
