Option 1: Conditioning, Team of 2 :

400 m run
50 Wallballs (20/14)

Capacity Builder: On the Minute x 10
ODD 15 sit-ups
EVEN 10 burpees
-Go as long as you can. Once you reach failure, you are done. Please encourage the other athletes still working to go the entire 10 minutes
Option 2:
25 minute “Goat” practice.
”Goat” is CrossFit slang for a movement that challenges us. Examples: Double-unders, Ring Dips, Overhead Squats. These are the best days to turn perceived “weaknesses” into “strengths.”
