50 Wallballs (20/14)
400 m med ball run-together
30 calorie Row or Ski

On the Minute x 10:
10 burpees
-Go as long as you can. Once you reach failure, you are done. Please encourage the other athletes still working to go the entire 10 minutes. Let’s see who’s can complete all 100 burpees!
Option 2:
25 minute “Goat” practice.
”Goat” is CrossFit slang for a movement that challenges us. Examples: Double-unders, Ring Dips, Overhead Squats. These are the best days to turn perceived “weaknesses” into “strengths.”
