Format/Class Flow
Both partners start on a machine. Once each athlete completes their calories, you switch. This equals one round. Due to time constraints of our 1 hour class, we will modify this workout to a 50 minute AMRAP. As prescribed this workout would take over 90 minutes. Please be on time today & let’s finish off this year with a bang!
