November Challenge
The Wounded Warrior Project November Challenge which is comprised of completing 830 burpees throughout the month. 28 burpees a day to raise awareness to help wounded veterans. Before or after class grab a fellow athlete & get it done, 🇺🇸

Thursday Programming for Month of November
Every Thursday for our “Active Recovery Days” will we layer in isolated/ accessory movements from our Mayhem Bodybuilding template. The goal is not for time but for quality. Complete focus & total control with all movements.

Barbell & Interval

AMRAP 30 for Quality
10 Calorie Ski/ 200 m jog
10 DB Bicep curls (each arm)
10 v-ups/ GHD/ strict knee raises
10 Plank to Push-up
10 DB Side Bends (each side)
