In as few sets as possible, accumulate 40 Reps at 75-80+%, per person.

Deadlift
4 sets of: 4 Deadlift + 4 Sumo Deadlift, building
-Rest 2 minutes-
B. 10 minute window:
100 ft Sled Push (190/145), relay
-Rest 2 minutes-
