Box Brief
-Free CrossFit 843 car decals are in the lobby.

Barbell & Interval
In teams of two with only one person working at a time, complete the following:
For Time [35 minute cap]
Round 1: 50 wall-balls + 100 Box Jumps (24/20)
Round 2: 50 wall-balls + 100 Calorie ski/bike
Round 3: 50 wall-balls + 100 DB alt snatch (50/35)
Round 4: 50 wall-balls + 1000m medicine ball run (both partners run)
Midline & Cooldown:
800 m run
75 abmat sit-ups
50 glute bridges
