In teams of 3, 25 minute AMRAP with all 3 athletes working at the same time:
Partner 1: 12/9 calorie bike or ski
Partner 2: Double DB/KB Deadlift hold (50/35’s)
Partner 3: Max bumper ground to overhead (45/25)
Partners will rotate in order after P1 completes the ski/bike.
Score=total team rounds + team total bumper ground to overhead.
Cooldown: 800 m run
