Open Gym
In effort to provide our athletes more training times for accessory work & for those that desire to wod in a more socially-distant setting during COVID 19, we have added some open gym hours listed under our “Schedule & Rates.” Other then those times, all scheduled classes are for members participating in group classes. Hope this helps some of you out. 👍

Barbell & Interval
1. Active Recovery Day
Team of 2, 2 rounds for quality
400 m run
40 double object burpee deadlift
400 m run
30 single object hang snatch
400 m run
20 single object hang C&J

Run together, partition reps evenly.
Barbell side uses KB, Interval side uses DB. Those athletes that want to complete this wod as an individual made you so by cutting the reps in half.
Object weight RX: 50/35’s
