7.4.22 Workout of the Day

🇺🇸 Happy July 4th! 🇺🇸

The gym will be closed today as we host our Annual July 4th 5K & Kid’s Race at Bluffton Oyster Factory Park. Registration will still be open from 6:45-7:30 AM at the park. Kid’s race starts 7:30 AM & 5k starts at 8:00 AM. Please be on time & ready to go.
