A) 400 m Run or machine of choice
Max Wall Balls (20/14)

B) 400 m Run or machine of choice
Max GHD sit-ups/ sit-ups
Rest 1 minute
Optional Strength
Back Squat 5x3
Athletes willing to squat may do so in the weightlifting corner during the Met Con piece & hop in the met con when done or complete the squats at the end class.
