Our July session has started. Ages 5-10 M-W-F. 9:30-10:30 AM. Please see Amber for details.

Run together, then one works while one rests. Example: Both athletes run 200 m together. Athlete one completes 20 DUBS, then Athlete 2 completes 20 DUBS, 2, 2, etc.
