Fittest of Coast Information
FOTC Week 2 starts today. All registered online athletes we will judged by a fellow member in class on the Barbell Side. Those non-registered athletes will complete the wod without a judge.

Complete 4 x AMRAP 4 intervals
30 DUBS
20 Wall balls (20/14)
10 Alternating DB Snatch (50/35)
-Rest 1 minute after each interval-

[We will run 2 heats. All registered online participants will judge each other. All other athletes will complete the workout without a judge.]

ODD: 100 m sprint
10 bumper ground to overhead (45/25)

EVEN: 100 m sprint
10 bumper overhead step outs (45/25)
