30 minute Team of 2 AMRAP
10 Double DB Hang Cleans (35/20’s)
10 double DB push press
10/7 calorie ski/bike or 200 m sprint

-You will alternate full rounds. Partner 1 completes the triplet while partner 2 completes 20 sit-ups as “active rest.”-
