On the every 6 minutes x 5 sets complete :
20 Atlernating DB Snatches (50/35)
20 single DB front squats
20 Pushups
200 m run
-The goal here is to finish each round in 4:00-4:30 minutes. Go HARD and earn that 2 minute rest.-
