Station 1: 200 m sprint
Station 2: 15 Burpees to Pull-up Rack
Station 3: 20 Bumper G2OH (45/25)
Station 4: 25 Abmat Butterfly Sit-ups
Station 5: 12/9 Calorie Bike or Ski
Station 6: Rest
Unlike last week where our EMOM goal was low intensity & low heart rate, today we push the pace for a good :45 seconds per station to earn your 1 minute rest after your 5th station. You will get out what you put in today so letโs get after it. Stations will be set up inside & outside.
