  Station 3: 15 Russian KBS (70/53)
  Station 4: 12/9 Calorie Bike or Ski
  Station 5: 200 m sprint
  Station 6: rest

Week 4 of our EMOM Thursday. Continue to push the pace for a good :40 seconds per station to earn your 1 minute rest after your 5th station. You will get out what you put in today so let’s get after it.
