Partner 1 completes row while other Partner 2 completes chin ups.

B. 8x10 bumper abmat sit-ups (45/25)
8x10 Barbell Curl (45/35)
8x10 Calorie Ski

-Move through this at a moderate pace to allow for quality movement. Please modify volume & reps for 40 minute completion.-
