1. Snatch Technique
On the Every 1:30 x 5
2 snatch balance
1 high hang squat snatch
2. Snatch, 3 rounds
Min 1: squat snatch
Min 2: squat snatch
Min 3: squat snatch
Min 4: rest
3. Immediately following, not for time, 3 sets of squat snatch.
-All percentages will be listed on whiteboard. -
4. Midline + Cooldown
3 x 50 sit-ups + 200 m run
Interval
1. Conditioning
Alternating on the minute x 30
Min 1:10/ 7 calorie row
Min 2: 100 m sprint
Run Substitutes:
:30 seconds ski or bike
-The ideal work is :30 seconds with :30 seconds of rest for best possible results. Quick transitions is most important.
2. Midline
3 x 50 sit-ups +1 minute plank after each set.
