Snatch Balance Complex
5 sets:
1 snatch grip push jerk
1 overhead squat
1 snatch balance

Conditioning
5 rounds
21 wall balls
18 DB alternating snatch (50/35)
15 box jump (24/20)
12 t2b

Interval
30 minute AMRAP
2000 m row or run
150 Abmat sit-ups
100 burpees
