Jumpstart January Weight Loss Challenge

Barbell & Interval
Option 1: In teams of 3, Half Marathon Row.
Option 2: In teams of 3, Half Marathon Run.
Format: Each team will be comprised of 3 athletes. Each team will be given one rower. One athlete rows, one burpees & one rests. You will rotate every 400 meters. Total team burpees will be the scored as seconds, which will be subtracted from your team row time. Same format applies to those running. Please be on time as this class take the entire hour.
