Box Brief

All waitlisted members please show up to class today, as we will be completing this workout outside, have plenty of rowers and plenty of space..

We have added a 6 AM Saturday class starting this week.

Prior to Covid, we combined Thursday classes but due to the circumstances, for the time being, we will have separate Thursday classes, CrossFit & ICT.

Murph shirts are in! First come come serve.

Please be proactive and sign up for Memorial Day “Murph” on MINDBODY. We will be having classes at 530, 7, 830 &10 am. Classes will fill up.

For your convenience, our workouts will now be posted every night at 7 PM.

On the 0: 1 mile run
On the 10: 130/100 Calorie Row
On the 20: 100 burpees
On the 30: 1 mile run

*All rowers will be spread out, outside in the front of the gym today. Everyone will have their own rower.
