165 Deadlift (275/185)
165 Bench Press (185/125)
165 Power Cleans (155/105)
-At The start of the workout & on the every 10:00, complete 500 m run.-

One bar per team. One works others rest, run together.. Scale weight to unbroken reps of 10-10-10-9-9–9-8-8-8., etc reps per movement with your team. This should be fun!
