Fall League
Week 1 Fall League starts tonight. Please be on time & ready to go. There will be no evening classes today.
Barbell & Interval
On the every 6:00 x 5
500 run
Then AMRAP of
10 Single DB DL (rt) + 10 Single DB DL (lf)
20 Alternating DB Hang Snatch (50/35)
30 sit-ups
:45 second plank of choice.
At the start of the workout & on the every 6:00, you will run 500 m. You then will chip away on the AMRAP & start where you last left off each round.
