We will be hosting a Thanksgiving Day 5K in Old Town Bluffton this Thanksgiving. More details to follow the next couple days.

Barbell & Interval
Active Recovery Day
Conditioning, 5 rounds
Minute 1: Machine of Choice
Minute 2: abmat sit-ups
Minute 3: KBS / DB snatch (53/35)
Minute 4: KB/ DB front rack revere lunge (53/35)
Minute 5: Rest

Midline : Static Holds

Cooldown: 5-10 minute run/bike/row at 60 %.

Today, all rowers will be placed in a squares on the Interval side of the building & all bikes & ski ergs will be placed in a squares on the Barbell side. Upon arrival, please go to your square & put your equipment in it. We will have 2 coaches per class and will synchronize both timers for social distancing. Please all continue to sign in so the coaches have a head count for equipment. Either side sign in is accepted.
