Aiming to find a baseline in which we will build upon throughout this cycle. A good place to shoot for is roughly 80% of your current 1RM back squat. .

A. Team of 2, 10 minute AMRAP
20 Alternating dumbbell snatches
15 burpee BJ-overs

B. Team of 2, 10 minute AMRAP
Max calorie ski or bike (switch after every 10/7)

Rest 2 minute

C. Team of 2, 1 mile run together at cooldown pace.
