In teams of 2, 30 minute AMRAP or
2 Pull-ups
4 Push-ups
6 Air Squats
Partner 1 completes 18/12 Calorie Ski or Bike while Partner 2 completes AMRAP of the triplet. Once calories are complete, partners switch and Partner 1 starts AMRAP where Partner 2 last left off. Score=total rounds & reps of the team.
