Accumulate 100 miles of run/ walk over next 30 days plus 100 sit-ups per day. These are very attainable goals IF you prioritize your time & really want to look & feel great for this summer season. Wod miles do count.

In teams of 2, climb the cluster ladder as high as possible in 30 minutes
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10..
Single DB Clusters (50/35)
200 m run

[Class flow is athlete one completes rep 1 then athlete two completes rep 1. Both athletes run together. Then 2, 2, 200, etc. A cluster is a squat clean directly into a thruster.]
