Monday, Wednesday, Friday:150 sit-ups 

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Accumulate 3 minute plank or bar hang.

200 m relay sprint / 200 m relay machine
30 DB alternating power snatch (50/35)
200 m relay sprint / 200 m relay machine
50 DB OH lunges
