In a 30 minute window, in teams of 2, climb the ladder as high as possible:
10 Double KB deadlift (53/35’s)
10 burpees over rower
10 calorie row
15 Double KB deadlift
15 burpees over rower
15 calorie row
20 Double KB deadlift
20 burpees over rower
20 calorie row

-Add 5 reps every round, one works, one rests-
