We are honored to host the Fittest of the Coast LIVE workout week 3 from our gym Thursday, October 15th. 8 of our athletes (RX and scaled) will be selected to compete LIVE. As of yesterday, in effort to create a more cohesive bond between both programs, under CrossFi843, our CrossFit program will be now labeled “Barbell” & our ICT (Interval Circuit Training) program will be labeled “Interval.”
By definition, CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” All of our members who participate in either program, are doing CrossFit everyday.
We all know what CrossFit 843 represents in our community, thanks your loyalty, support, and selflessness. We feel that this small change will continue to forge a bond within our gym, and our Bluffton community making us stronger together, more than ever. #crossfit843 #blufftonstrong
