30 C2B
20 burpees
10 OH bumper OH step outs (45/25) lf + rt= 1 rep)
-Rest 5 minutes and repeat above in opposite order-

Conditioning
6 rounds of:
1 minute of rowing
1 minute of DB alternating Hang C&J (50/35)
1 minute of double-unders/ singles/ line hops
1 minute rest

Try for as many reps as possible of EACH exercise, not just total score. Post separate totals of calories rowed, DB Alternating hang C&J reps and double-under reps
