Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
4 dumbbell thrusters (50/35’s)
6 toes-to-bars
24 double-unders

ICT

Conditioning: In teams of 2 for max total reps complete 4 rounds of :
2 minute calorie echo bike
2 minute calorie ski erg
2 minute burpees
-rest 1 minute between each movement, -one works, one rests -
Midline:5 minutes together
Cooldown::800 m run
