Power Snatch (135/95)
After every round:
300 m run / 400 m row
2 rope climbs

Interval
Conditioning: [40 minute cap]
300 DUBS/ 500 singles
2 mile run
150 sit-ups

-Partition however you like, ideally completing the workout straight through. This wod will be very similar to our Tuesday Barbell wod.-
