Partner 1: 50/35 Calorie Ski or Bike
Partner 2: 50 C&J (95/65)
Partner 3: 50 Burpees to 6 inch target
800 m team run.before & after each set
Athletes run together to start the workout together. Upon completion of the run, athletes complete their station. Run together then transition to next station.
