Team of 3 AMRAP 25
Athlete 1: 10/7 calorie ski or bike /200 m run
Athlete 2: Double DB/KB deadlift hold (50/35’s)
Athlete 3: Max bumper ground to overhead (45/25)
All athletes work at the same time and athletes rotate once machine calories are completed. Score = total team ground to overhead reps.
