We will have open gym on Saturday but no open gym on Sunday due to The Palmetto Bluff 10K & Half Marathon, as well as The Fittest of the Coast competition in which our coaches and members are both participating in.

Conditioning:In teams of 2, 7 Minute AMRAP’s for max total reps complete:

  1. 100/ 70 Calorie Machine of choice
    Max Power Snatches (95/65)

Rest 2 Minutes
2. 100/70 Calorie Machine of choice
Max Power Clean and Jerks (95/65)

Rest 2 Minutes
3.100/70 Calorie Machine of choice
Max Thrusters (95/65)

Cooldown:In teams of 2, 8 Minute partner 200 m sprints, you go, I go.
