In teams of 2, 20 alternating rounds of
1 Hang Power Clean
200 m run

Partner 1 completes full round of couplet then partner 2 goes. Build in weight every set, no missed reps, all makes!

Midline
3-5 sets for quality
:30 L-sit hold
1:00 Handstand Hold
1:30 Dead-hang hold
20 GHD sit-ups

-Rest as needed between movements & between sets.
