Today’s Class Schedule & Information
Today, we will have all morning classes as well as our 1230 class. In effort to keep our 12 Days of Christmas WOD tradition alive, we have tweaked some movements, so all of movements can be done (with exception to a the pull-ups) in your square & can be completed socially distanced. We will utilize both sides of the gym as well as both pull- up racks. Please be on time & sign in on Mindbody. All waitlisted members may take the class, however sign-in members have square priority. Looking forward to great hour of fun, festive fitness.

December Challenge
In effort to keep everyone engaged & to hold you all accountable during this holiday season, our December Challenge is to go an “extra mile everyday.” Whether that be running, walking, rowing, skiing, etc. Before or after class, at the gym or at home, just get it done & have some fun with this.

Echo Bike Challenge
Members-only, 50 calorie echo bike for time. Winning male & female will each receive a T shirt. Challenge ends December 24th.
