200 DUBS
2 mile run

Option 2: Team
”Triple Double”
2000 m row/ski - partition every 250 m
200 Dubs/ partition every 50
2 mile run- relay, I go you go, (4x400 per person)

Option 3:
30 minute “Goat” Day (:30/:30)
Pick 2-4 movements you need work on & attack them.
