Final day of Kids Camp

Would like to thank all our parents and kiddos for supporting our Summer 2019 CrossFit 843 Kids Camp. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make your kids better and a special thanks to Kailee Manning and Sarah McClure for your assistance during the last two months! 

Committed Club:

We will pick the winner of our July Committed winner today. Please continue to sign in upon arrival for your for your chance to win a free month.

August Endurance Challenge: 

Inspired by Sam R., Rob Miller and Andrew Byrd in effort to build community and build endurance, will be offering a 2K Row Challenge for all members this month.

August has 31 days in which CrossFit 843 is open 27 of those days (no Sundays). The goal here is to grab a friend (or friends) before or after class and get rowing. 

In addition, those that have not already tested or timed your 2K row, will have the opportunity to test it or retest it today on your own, Thursday, August 1st as a baseline or benchmark.

In 4 weeks, on Thursday, August 29, you will be given the opportunity again to retest this 2K row to measure your progress over the past month.

In addition, we will have a Leaderboard posted at the gym whiteboard. Every day you row, put a check mark next to your name on the whiteboard.

Let's see which 843 member has the most discipline this month and #bebetter.  Let's have some fun with this and enjoy!
