December Challenge
This month we will be supporting St. Jude Children’s Hospital by running 62 miles (the year St. Jude opened). We run to support the fight against childhood cancer & other life-threatening diseases.

Barbell
1 1/4 Front Squat
5x3

Conditioning
Double Rep “DT”
5 RFT
24 Deadlift (95/65)
18 Hang power clean
12 Push jerk

Interval
On the every 5:00 x 8 sets
Odd rounds: 400 m run
20 Burpees
20 Double DB Front Rack Lunges (40/25’s)

Even rounds: 25/18 Ski or bike
25 Sit-ups
20 Double DB Front Rack Lunges (40/25’s)

Please modify distance & reps to 4::00 minute rounds or better.
