Partner 2: Bar Hang or Low Plank
Partner 3: Double DB Hold of choice (50/35’s)

-All athletes work at the same time.
-Rotate when athlete drops from bar or breaks from plank.
-Hold DB’s however you like.
-Score = total team calories.
