  200 m run

Interval
  Conditioning
 2 RFT
  50 DB Front Squats (2x35/25)
  Rest 2 minutes
50 DB Shoulder to overhead
  Rest 2 minutes
50 burpees over DB
  Rest 2 minutes
  50 Box Jumps (24/20)
Rest 2 minutes
  50 DB Abmat sit-ups (35/25)

-Modify reps to 40 if need be, to keep each round between 2-3 minutes.
